I had a group interview on August 29th, and was told I'd be contacted, which happened on the 31st. A second interview was scheduled for September 1st. I didn't hear anything for a few days, so I called on September 7th and was promised a callback the next day, which never came. It was a really unprofessional experience. For anyone interviewing, remember to bring your resume and dress for the job. I felt like I was discriminated against in the second interview for being prepared. I wouldn't recommend this company for this role unless you're going for management. Be prepared for unprofessional behavior and HR being unavailable.

We had an interview at 12:30 with about 7 to 8 other people. First, we worked together building Legos. Then, everyone introduced themselves to the group. After that, we each picked a toy from a cart and had to try and sell it to the managers. Finally, there was a one-on-one chat with the managers, which was pretty casual. They mostly just explained the job. They mentioned they'd call everyone back, win or lose.

I submitted an application about a month ago and then got an email for an open interview. I printed my resume and had a quick interview for about 20 minutes. The interviewer was nice and asked common questions. During the interview, she also started my background check and said I'd have to wait for the results. Not sure if that means I got the job.
