The hiring journey began with an online application, initiated after a referral from a current employee. A few days post-submission, I received a call for an initial interview. Clearing that, I was invited for in-person interviews. Subsequently, I met with the store manager and then the district manager. This sequence of interviews was typical for this type of role. About two days after completing all interviews, I was extended a job offer. The overall interview experience was positive.

It was easy. They asked standard questions about my work history and my aspirations. They wanted to know about my work history and if I would be a good fit. Then they asked about the work environment and my availability, and also about the Myers Briggs test and fans and toys.

Behavioral

The interview process involved a recruiter call, then a conversation with a District Manager (DM), and finally an interview with the HR Director or Regional Vice President. The whole experience was quite smooth and wrapped up in about a month. It felt very professional, and overall, I had a really good experience. Keep in mind, my experience might not be the same for everyone; it really hinges on the specific people conducting the interviews.
