Toyota really suggests using the STAR format (Situation, Task, Action, Result) for your answers. I'd suggest practicing this and prepping for common situation-based questions. One example is, 'Tell me about a time you resolved conflict at work or collaborative projects.' Also, maybe get familiar with Toyota acronyms beforehand, they can be a bit confusing.

The interviewers were nice. The interview flow was pretty standard: start with a 'tell me about yourself', then talk about your job history, and then they hit you with STAR questions. You know, Situation, Task, Action, and Results. Make sure you cover all those points when you answer.
