They advertised an open house hiring event online and you only needed to bring your resume. When you arrived, there was a sign in table and they would call you by name and wait in another room. Then they would call you again into a quieter room and you were interviewed by 2 people. They didn’t go into much detail about the role just jumped into asking questions.

I got a call for a screening within a day or two where they asked basic job requirement questions. Two weeks later, still no word but my status is "in consideration." I called to check and it's still the same with no idea when I'll hear back. It's almost two weeks before the start date and I need to give my current company notice.

I applied on April 9th and was contacted to do an online assessment on April 30th. After passing, I had a 55-minute phone interview on May 10th where they asked 5 questions and told me about the job. Next, I had an in-person interview that lasted 45 minutes, with 5 questions asked by the recruiter and another interviewer.
