Technology Analyst
The interview process took about 3 months, starting with a recruiter screen. Things seemed to be going well until the recruiter went silent. After reaching out twice, I found out the position was no longer being offered. The recruiter ghosted me.

Business Analyst
Applied online and then HR reached out for a phone interview about 3 days later. This interview was mainly typical HR questions. HR mentioned she'd follow up within 2 weeks regarding the next steps. True to her word, HR contacted me within that timeframe to set up an in-person interview. I then met with the hiring manager and two associates at the Legacy Office. The hiring manager indicated a quick decision would be made, and indeed, I received an offer within a week.

Had a really bad experience being strung along for 4 months. Went through 4 interviews and only after asking for an update did the recruiter give a vague response that they were proceeding with other candidates. It just seems like a long time to hire an analyst. They really don't seem to value candidates' time.
