First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Toyota Material Handling.
Intern
The process was really straightforward. First, I had a phone call, and then a virtual interview that lasted about 15 minutes. Everyone was super friendly and focused on telling me about the company culture, which I thought was great!
- What made you decide to apply to TMH?
Intern
It was a pretty standard process with two interviewers and myself. They asked straightforward questions, not super operations or supply chain focused. Mostly behavioral stuff and about my strengths in different scenarios. Just one round and I heard back about a week later.
- Tell me about a situation where you were part of a team and had to sort out an issue between different teams.
Intern
It wasn't too bad. They asked me about my velocity in C and a bunch of behavioral questions. They also asked me what I wanted to work as in the future and asked me a LOT of questions regarding my projects.
- What did you contribute to your project?
