First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Toyota Financial Services.
Intern
The interview planning was messy and late, and they were slow to respond afterward. It was a pretty typical behavioral interview with some general economics questions, not specific to the industry. They wouldn't tell me the salary. A senior person and a junior person (who hadn't gone through an MBA program) conducted the interview.
- How does a change in the government interest rate affect industry?
Intern
The interview process was quite cool and made me feel very comfortable. There were two rounds in total. They asked general questions. There was an HR round and also a round with the finance and accounts department. Both rounds were interesting.
- Could you answer some basic accounting questions?
- And some finance questions too?
Intern
Had a recruiter call first. Then, had a main interview with two managers that lasted about an hour. It felt pretty laidback, more like a chat where they did most of the talking.
- Could you introduce yourself?
- Please elaborate on the details mentioned in your resume's bullet points.
