I interviewed in October 2021. After a recruiter call, I had an on-site interview. I wasn't given a schedule beforehand, but I kind of expected that from other interviews. There were four interviews, each about half an hour: the department head, the study lead, the lab manager, and HR. They went into more detail about the role itself. Everyone was really nice and professional. I liked the company, but I ended up taking another offer that was for a similar job but in a better location for me. The recruiter did reach out about a week later to confirm I had taken another job because they were planning to extend an offer.

I submitted my application online, and after a few weeks, I got an invite for an on-site interview. Before that, I had to do an online behavioral test, which took about an hour, and fill out some forms. During the interview, it turned out another role, general research associate, was a better fit for me, so they focused on that. I was asked to wait in a conference room for people to come talk to me one by one. About five or six people from the company each spent fifteen minutes with me, explaining their jobs and the company. The HR manager was the last person I met, and they were super helpful, giving me the lowdown on company culture and work expectations. The whole thing lasted almost 2 hours, which was longer than I expected. I got an offer 10 days later, with a request to start right away. Even though I wasn't fully qualified for the original role, it seemed like they were hiring a lot of people.

I had a 30 minute phone interview with Manager and HR. Took an online assessment test a few days later and then received an email asking me to fly out to their Bedford, MA office. The in person interview seemed very disorganized, but met with a number of senior management staff...took about 3 hours. Two people actually said that they received my CV 5 minutes before they came in to talk to me, so they did not have a chance to review it. At the end it was like....."OK, I'm the last person and we will be in touch." During my interview, it was mentioned that my salary requirements were much higher than they pay...they knew what it was before I even flew out to MA. For me, it was a complete waste of time! I still have not received my full travel reimbursement. They do not reimburse you for meals when you travel.

I applied online and heard back the next day. They postponed the interview by two weeks due to a holiday. In the meantime, I completed a 6-page form, gave them three references, and did two hours of online testing before the interview. The morning of the interview, they emailed to cancel because they had hired someone. They hired someone while they were on vacation, which was a complete waste of my time.
