We had an on-site coding and maths test, then almost immediately the first technical interview on-site as well, all on the same day. Two days later, the next technical interview was online. Unfortunately, I did not progress further.

Went through 4 interviews with different team members, ending with a final interview at the office. Got replies pretty fast after each stage, except for the last one where they took a bit longer to respond. They mentioned I didn't have sufficient hands-on experience with ML for this position.

I did a Hackerrank test, then had an HR call, followed by technical rounds. The second technical round was with a portfolio manager. He started by asking about my current position, but didn't seem interested in my past work. He quickly moved on to statistics questions. After I gave an initial answer, he dismissed it and moved to the next question. He then asked if I knew a specific tool, and I admitted I hadn't used it before, only knowing it theoretically, which he seemed to react negatively to. This pattern continued for about 20 minutes, at which point I decided to end the interview. I won't be interviewing at Tower again.
