The interview process was really strange. The manager seemed untrustworthy and unqualified. They were slow to help me. I heard I'd need to pass an assessment, drug test, background check, and credit check. The office environment seemed unprofessional and unhappy, with a weird smell. I later learned negative things about the company from ex-employees. Luckily, I didn't pass the assessment.

I filled out an application, then I took two tests. After that, the hiring manager interviewed me and I was hired on the spot. I was told initially there would be two interviews, but since my manager was training to be a supervisor, I guess I didn't have to go through as much red tape as usual. I started the next day.
