Behavioral Other

There were two rounds of interviews. The first was over the phone, and the second was over webcam. The interviewer asked some really weird questions and made a few snarky remarks. It was a pretty bad experience overall.

I spoke with HR first and thought they were fine. Then I interviewed with some other people, and everyone seemed great. But then there was this panel interview with three people who seemed like they thought they were big shots at a huge company, which they weren't. I decided not to move forward after I heard about the compensation. Turns out I was right to pass, because I'm making almost double now in a similar job at a really successful company. It's funny how they live in their own little world.

Behavioral Presentation

I applied online and heard back from a manager in a few weeks. They set up another phone interview with a different manager. After a couple more phone chats, I had two in-person meetings with management. The final interview was a 30-minute presentation where I had to sell myself and talk about what success means and how I'd meet expectations. Then, I got the offer.
