It was a 3 stage interview process. The first two rounds were general HR or sales interview style. The last round was an assignment to pitch the product to management, with discussion afterwards. The interview process was great until the last stage, management did not conduct the interview in a professional manner. Was told on that call I would have no future in this career path.

Because of COVID, the whole interview process happened over the phone or zoom. First, there was a 30-minute phone chat with HR. HR was super nice and asked general questions like 'Why Sales?', 'Why TouchBistro?', and 'What do you know about TouchBistro?'. Second, there was a 1-hour zoom panel interview with the Sales Managers. They mentioned that during this interview, the managers would pretend to be uninterested and unhappy to try and throw you off. It took up most of the hour. This is also your chance to ask questions to the managers, so make sure you come ready with some.

Started with a 30 min HR call, then a 45 min BDR and SDR manager top grading interview where they asked about my whole experience from uni onwards. Then a 15-20 min presentation about what I offer and the value of touchbistro, followed by 30 mins of Q&A with a panel of managers. It was a good overall experience, HR was quick to follow up and gave me feedback even though I didn't get the offer. They got back to me within 0-2 days after each stage, super fast!
