They mentioned an Assesfirst test but didn't send it, and there were no specific tests. No feedback after the interview, even after following up. A second interview with the department director and a third with the local HR are planned.

It was a long interview process but it was very structured. There were 4 rounds in total. The Job Description could have been clearer. The communication was very open and friendly, and everyone was punctual. It felt appropriate for an MNC Culture. My advice to everyone is to be well prepared.
