Behavioral Technical

I went through two interview rounds with the hiring manager and HR. The first round was with the hiring manager and it went really well. She was really nice and respectful. We talked for about two hours about my past experiences and main accomplishments. She also explained the company's background and business, and her goals. Right after that, I had the second round with HR. The HR person was late and seemed distracted during the interview, not showing much expression. The interview wrapped up in about 30 minutes without much detail. They said I'd know the outcome in 2 days, but I haven't heard back since. I feel like even if I wasn't selected, they should have at least let me know the result.

Technical Presentation

The interview experience was long and unpleasant with the hiring manager. While the manager did explain the team's projects which was appreciated, it was evident that the role was essentially for staff augmentation. The manager's attitude did not improve the overall experience. I was tasked with creating a significant financial model to demonstrate my capabilities, which I then submitted to the manager. Unfortunately, I never received any communication regarding the outcome of my application, which was quite disappointing given the company's apparent resources in HR. This lack of closure was particularly disheartening.
