The interview had 3 parts. First was a technical assessment, which I had 3 days to complete but it was not timed. Second was competencies and economic based questions. Third was HR competencies based questions. Each interview round was about an hour.

It was a 3-stage process that took about 3 weeks to a month. First was a round with the Hiring Manager where there were more technical queries. Then the Head of Department interviewed me, which had fewer technical questions and focused more on cultural fit. Finally, HR also asked less technical questions and focused on cultural fit.
