It was a straightforward process. They asked basic interview questions, and both managers were present for the interview. I only had the one interview before receiving the job offer. One of the managers appeared quite disengaged, but I assumed they were just eager to conclude the process quickly.

The interview was short. If they liked me, they had me take a personality test. I had to keep calling to find out when I'd start. They were slow to get back to me because they were busy setting up the new store. I tried to negotiate my pay from $10/hr to $9.25, then to $9.75, and they came back with $9.50, which I accepted. In the end, they only gave me $9.25, and when I brought it up, they said they didn't remember our conversation.
