TW&M has a pretty thorough interview process for their IT corporate positions. It usually kicks off with one or two phone interviews, followed by an aptitude test. After that, you'll have onsite interviews with about 4-5 interviewers. Depending on the specific role, there might be a final skills assessment tailored to the position. All this usually wraps up within 2-3 weeks, which is pretty quick given the scope. For the BA role, the aptitude test focused on your ability to follow instructions, listen and understand, pay attention to detail, and problem-solve using the given info. It wasn't overly difficult. From what I understand, BAs get about 3-4 weeks of training initially, and then you're expected to drive your own career development. Managers are apparently big on giving feedback, and it's up to you to figure out how to use it. You'll also meet with the HR Manager who will review everything discussed and might ask about your understanding of the organizational culture. They'll also provide detailed information about the company. The HR Manager is very upfront about the company culture, so you can quickly tell if it's a good fit. I'm still waiting to hear back about the next part of the process...

It began with a recruiter chat, then a phone screen with the manager to go over my resume and experience. After that, there was a skype interview that lasted about 2.5 hours with 5 interviewers (Sr Managers and HR). Finally, I had to do the walden aptitude test, which was also pretty easy, with 4 questions that didn't take too long. Overall, the interviews were easy, mostly behavior-based questions, and the interviews were with managers. The aptitude test was also straightforward.

Good. Very interactive and good learning. Took around 3 weeks to complete the whole process. First Phone interview, then Video round with 3 people and then spoke to HR to discuss on joining date and formalities. Overall average level of difficulty.
