We had an introductory call and then a pre-selection. Then they sent an email to schedule a phone interview to discuss the role and understand my motivations. After that, there was an in-person meeting with HR and the manager. Finally, they called with an offer and confirmed by email.

Presentation Technical Behavioral

I applied through on-campus recruitment. Initially, my CV was shortlisted based on academic achievements, project experience, and any international exposure. Those who were shortlisted were then invited for a presentation round. After the presentation, there was an interview that included both technical and HR questions. The HR questions were particularly crucial because the internship was in Japan, so they needed to confirm my ability to adapt to a new country. Therefore, the interview was largely focused on HR aspects.
