First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Tory Burch.
Assistant Store Manager
The interview process involves standard questions, but some are unique, so prior industry experience is beneficial. There's a strong focus on customer interaction and communication skills. You'll participate in at least three interviews before an offer is extended.
- How do you recognize your team's achievements?
Store Manager
After I applied online, I got a call to set up an interview. The person on the phone mentioned they'd be interviewing all day at a location close to the store. We picked a date and time. When I got there, I realized two people were interviewing me at the same time. It was a really weird interview, and I felt like they didn't want me there the whole time. It was super uncomfortable, and I left not wanting the job.
- Why do you believe you are the most qualified candidate for this role?
Store Manager
Pretty Standard, went through 4 rounds of interviews and then ghosted. A little surprised that I didn’t receive the professional courtesy of a follow up. Got the impression that they wanted a cheaper option salary wise. Salary was not aligned with sales volume of location.
- Can you describe how you establish the work environment culture?
