The process was pretty long, but mostly the same questions about customer service. There were three interviews, one each with the Store Manager, District Manager, and HR. All those had to be done before the offer letter was given. Usually, it takes about 2 to 3 weeks to get through.

The interview focused on management comprehension, problem-solving abilities, and retail experience. They also looked at retail competencies, my management style, and questions about self-awareness, integrity, and character. I felt pretty confident about getting the job after it was done.

I had a good interview with the HR recruiter and then spoke with the hiring manager. The hiring manager mentioned that they work long hours and asked if I was prepared for that commitment. Some people I know who work at Tory confirmed the long hours and said the culture needs improvement. I'd advise avoiding this company if you don't want to work until 8 PM every night. Since I value work-life balance, this wasn't a good fit for me.
