Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Tory Burch.
Intern
first had a brief interview with hiring manager, asking about my interests and knowledge of the brand. Then, had an interview with the 2 heads of the department I wanted to work in. This involved more in-depth questions about how I would do certain things in that role, and gave a better look at what I would be doing.
- What is the most striking thing about Tory Burch to you?
Intern
The interview process consisted of two virtual interviews. The first was with HR, and the second was with the specific department for the role you're applying for. Everyone I spoke with was really knowledgeable and kind. They seemed genuinely interested in whether I'd be a good fit for the company and if the team would be the right personal choice for me.
- What do you like about Tory Burch, and what's an area we could improve?
Intern
Got an interview 2 weeks after applying online. It took two rounds, one with HR and one with my future supervisor. Each round was 30 minutes. I just had to show my works and my working experience to the HR and Supervisor, describe the process, and the final works.
- Could you elaborate on one of your projects?
