First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Tory Burch.
Executive Assistant
This was the most excessive interview process ever. I had interviews with 6 different people over 2.5 weeks, and each interview was 30 minutes long. Everyone said I would be a great fit, but then a week later, I was told they hired someone else. It's unbelievable that a company would put someone through 6 interviews, wasting everyone's time, and then not hire them. This is by far the worst interview process I've experienced. Please stop wasting people's time.

Executive Assistant
The first interview was great. They really focused on their culture and values right away. It felt professional but also comfortable. I met two people who are currently assistants, and also my future bosses. It was super helpful to hear from people in the same role I'd be in. HR was really good at keeping me updated throughout. I had to go in three times because of the executives' schedules, but they were really sorry about it.
- What drew you to this company and why?
Administrative
I got an email to set up an interview and then had a meeting a few days later. The interview process was really nice and straightforward. First, I spoke with the talent acquisition manager who asked basic questions about my background, schooling, and personality. On the same day, I met with two other individuals from the department I was applying to. I didn't hear back for three weeks after the initial interview. Then, I was invited for a second interview three weeks later. Everyone was pleasant and great, but the whole process took a bit too long. The long wait for the second interview made me committed to the company until I heard back. I'm not sure I'll get an offer after this second interview, but it was disappointing that they took so long and potentially gave me false hope. Apart from that, the people were great and things were organized.
