The hiring process was quite fast, wrapping up in under a month. It mainly involved discussing my past work history, understanding the day-to-day duties of the position, and clarifying my job expectations. I was able to start right away after accepting the offer.

The district manager forgot about the interview twice and made me travel back out a third time over 30 minutes away. She asked about my marriage and my bra size. Then at the end of the interview says she already hired the position I was interviewing for and wanted me to work at a lower position at a different store over an hour away.

The interview process was HORRIBLE. The first interview seemed fine, but then they told me they only had a part-time position available when I applied for a full-time one. They then wanted me to meet the other store manager, and rescheduled me three times. When I finally met the store manager, she said the full-time position was available, but at a different location. At her location, the only position she could offer me was sales associate. It would have been great if they had told me this upfront so I didn't waste my time. It's a good store, but I wouldn't want to work for someone who puts people through so much trouble.
