The interview has 3 steps. First, a 30-minute screening call with a recruiter where they ask basic questions about your past work experience. Second, a rapid-fire mock sales call with an SDR manager. You'll do different role plays and get feedback after each one. It's tough, so prep and have some scripting ready. This was the hardest part for me. Third, you get a take-home assignment and present it to an SDR manager. If you prep and think critically, you should be fine. The other part of this step is another SDR manager asking in-depth personal questions.

It started with a recruiter call, which was great and lasted about 30 minutes. They asked typical STAR questions and then I got an assignment that took about two hours. The next interview was with one of the CEOs, and it was not a good experience. He was late, didn't apologize, talked about himself for ten minutes, and then rushed me through my part. He interrupted me constantly. At the end, he blamed me for going over time even though he was the one who talked so much. I was expecting a rejection because I was answering poorly due to being cut off, but they asked me back. I declined.

So first I had a phone screen, then I met with the CEO for about 45 mins, I had to do some prep work for that one. Then there was a 2 hour round where I met with an Account Executive, the head of strategy & growth, and the CEO again to do some practice sales pitches. The whole thing was pretty average, everyone was super chill.
