applied online. got hr call in 3 days . Moved very fast. HR lady said this is not a company you put 100% your energy. This is somewhere you need to put 150% percent of yourself . They didnt' move me to the next round so it's very fast. but normally there's another 1 round of coding, 1 round of system design.

Behavioral Case Presentation

The interview process was quite smooth overall. I met with several team members, followed by a case study and presentation. Each meeting was brief, only about 30 minutes, which felt insufficient to truly assess skills. While generally easy, the meeting with the CEO was intense. Despite reading Glassdoor reviews that suggested it might be exaggerated, the CEO's demeanor solidified my decision to withdraw my application and not follow up. Even in a tough job market, I wouldn't accept a role under such conditions. The initial impression was that it was a 'sports team' environment with a lot of collaboration. However, my experience suggested more of a micromanaging and belittling atmosphere, which I doubt is conducive to a 'high performing sports-team's' success. While the product seemed great, the work environment and management style were not a fit for me; it felt more like 'working for' than 'working with'.

The interview process started with an HR call, followed by a Coding Challenge, then a System Design Challenge. After that, there was an interview with the CTO, which was a very interesting and nice conversation. Finally, an interview with the CEO, which was very fast and a bit intense, so just be fast, very straightforward and keep a great attitude and you should do well. The two technical interviews are hard and you can really get an idea about the great engineering level.

This was a really bad interview process. I went through 6 interviews and then just got a rejection email that seemed like it was written by AI. First, I did 4 rounds of interviews and they said they were going with someone else, but then they offered me a similar role. I accepted, thinking that was fine. Then I had 2 more interviews for that new role. After all that, I got a rejection that sounded like ChatGPT, and I found out they didn't even fill the original role. Instead, they decided to split it into two new, more specialized positions. If you don't have your hiring plan figured out, don't waste people's time.
