Produce Clerk
The interview was fast and easy, but not very insightful. I was led into a room and asked rushed questions that didn't seem to relate to the job at all. They told me I'd hear back, and I did a few days later.
- Can you describe your work ethic?
Stocker
The interviewer was really great, super knowledgeable about the job and what was expected. It was easy to communicate with them, and the benefits were decent for someone in college. I got to meet some cool people and potential coworkers.
- Can you tell me about your experience interacting with customers and how you handle those interactions?
Customer Service Representative
The managers were really nice and got back to me super quickly about setting up an interview. I got a call within a week, and then after my interview, they called me back 3 days later to get me scheduled for orientation.
- What is your 5-year plan?
- What are your biggest strengths?
- How would you resolve a workplace conflict?
Cashier
It was a quick interview, only about 8 minutes. Two women interviewed me. One asked all the questions and did most of the talking, while the other just observed. They asked me some questions and then shared information about the company. I didn't have any questions for them because I was feeling a bit off, but I'd recommend having a few questions ready to ask if they don't bring them up. After the Q&A, I had to sign and review some papers about my criminal history and I needed my Social Security Number, so make sure you have that handy. They also asked me to bring two forms of identification, which they only briefly looked at; I'm guessing they're more important after you're hired.
- What would people who can vouch for you say about you?
- What times are you free to work?
- What are your long-term career aspirations?
