Behavioral Presentation

It was a 3 step process - a quick chat with a recruiter, then two back-to-back virtual interviews with two sales team members, and finally an in-person mock cold call role play interview. The recruiter call was pretty standard, felt like they were just reading from a list. The call with the sales team was more in-depth. One conversation was with a Sales Manager, and the other was with an Account Executive. It was helpful for understanding the job and their expectations. The last part was also straightforward. They provide info beforehand, like potential customer profiles, and then see how you manage the conversation, book the next meeting, and handle objections. If you practiced, it really shows.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process was very smooth with 4 rounds. The first round was with a recruiter who asked a few behavioral questions. Then, you'd talk to a sales manager for more technical questions. After that, there was a mock sales pitch with another hiring manager. The final round was a chat with the CEO, who was very kind and down to earth.

My interview experience at Topline Pro was not great. The interviewer, Carol, was not welcoming. She didn’t introduce herself or her role or explain what Topline Pro does, the team, or the job. She seemed uninterested and immediately asked questions without context or setting a comfortable tone. The interview was short and rushed, and her energy made me uncomfortable. I felt disrespected and disappointed, and it made me question if Topline Pro is a place I would want to work.
