Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Topgolf.
Sales Manager
It was a two-part process. First, there was a phone call. Then, I had an hour-long Zoom meeting with the Director of Operations and the Director of Sales. They talked about my previous work experience, and then we discussed the role and what's expected of me. Finally, they asked about my personality and what I could contribute to the company culture.
- What value would you add to Topgolf's culture?
Sales Manager
The interview process was long, with three full interviews. The company's representatives were great and seemed passionate about the company. However, the lack of follow-up after the interviews was unprofessional and rude, as I never received any communication about the position being filled, even after reaching out to the recruiter and being promised an update. I believe companies should always follow up with candidates, especially after multiple interview rounds.
- The questions asked were typical for a sales manager role and nothing unusual.
Sales Manager
The process was pretty easy. It involved two phone interviews and then two in-person interviews. The final interview was a group panel where they asked how I would approach the role.
- Tell me about your sales experience.
