It was a group interview where we had 90 seconds to meet with a team lead, general manager, and then the operations manager. Generic questions about availability and personality were asked, and then we were thrown into a role play scenario. Make sure you stand out. Be personable, nice, and friendly. Serving experience may not be required, but it would be a perk.
- How do you think your friends and family would describe you?

They have a hiring event where you get to interact with others who have applied, they set up games that are based on teamwork and training leads walk around scoring how well you work as part of a team. Then you break off into groups and do some more team-based games. After the ice has been broken, it's time to do your interview with the managers of your venue. When you're done, you just wait to be called in the following days to say if you got hired or not.
- Can you show me how you would perform the steps of service as if you were actually serving?

It was a group interview with about 40-60 people in a big room, where we all answered questions. Then, some of us got pulled aside for quick 2-minute one-on-one chats. It felt like a popularity contest, and you needed to be outgoing to get the job. You'll probably get an offer for Support or Guest Services, but the pay is low and it's hard to move up to better roles. Still, it's a fun job.
- What's your favorite drink?
