Operations Manager
The interview process was good. I had an initial phone interview with a recruiter, and then they scheduled me for a face-to-face meeting with the director of operations and a senior recruiter. This role was for a new location, so they were interviewing a lot of candidates. A couple days after the first round, I got a call to come in for a third interview with the national director of operations. The third interview felt a bit rushed, even though it was an hour and a half long. They asked me to analyze and discuss a sample P&L report. I followed up with my recruiter five days after the third interview and was informed they had selected another candidate. Communication with the company was good, and I wish them the best.

Operations Manager
Got contacted about a week after applying online. The phone interview was good and pretty pleasant, with some challenging questions. However, I had to chase them for an update on my application. The in-person interview got rescheduled by Topgolf multiple times before I could finally do it. The in-person interview itself was a bit underwhelming, with very basic questions from the Director of Operations. After it was done, I was told corporate HR would follow up with the results. I never heard back from HR and have followed up several times with no response. My application still shows as under review. It's disappointing that their follow-up is so poor; I expected more based on my initial interview with their corporate HR.
- What is your understanding of Topgolf?
- Would you be open to relocating for this position?
Operations Manager
So the interview process was pretty straightforward. It started with a recruiter call, then a phone screen, followed by two more progressive phone interviews. After that, there were two in-person interviews, one with the regional manager and another with the corporate manager.
