This wasn't a standard 1-on-1 interview. We played a lot of games and interacted with many people. It felt a bit awkward. At the end, they asked if we thought the position was a good fit for us, mentioning that the role needs someone with a 'ready to party' attitude.

Group Behavioral Presentation

This interview is unlike any other I've experienced. It begins with a group dance – participation is pretty key to moving forward. Following that, we were divided into smaller groups. Some groups played games or golf and socialized, while others were tasked with developing a creative event plan with an unlimited budget. The actual interview part was very short, a quick two-minute chat with a manager asking about availability and suitability for the role. Then came the 'x-factor' round, a panel of 5-6 employees where each candidate gets 90 seconds to present themselves however they choose, whether it's talking about themselves or showcasing a talent. The whole thing lasts about 4-5 hours.

Behavioral Other

It was a really fun and fast interview. Don't be afraid to speak up. You're always being observed, so avoid using your phone or being unsociable. Make sure to chat with some of the other employees nearby because they have comment cards during the whole process. Just be yourself, that's what they're looking for.
