I applied online, and the first step was a phone screener where I mentioned I could go to the office twice a week. However, the HR said I lived too far and might lose interest long-term, so they think you should live very close. Then, I was invited for an on-site interview with HRs. It was friendly but very old-school structured. They gave me a small, easy task with multiple solutions, but they insisted I use their specific approach, interrupting me when I tried alternatives. They said I'm too results-oriented and not a culture fit, suggesting I practice STAR techniques. It's not a place for creative thinkers, and they focus on new graduates because they are easier to manipulate and don't have their own working styles yet. This company seems to value less attention to results, pays less, and discourages creative thinking with their set ways of working.

I submitted my CV at a graduate fair and was contacted about three weeks later for the first interview. It was with an HR member and the UK MD. The atmosphere was really welcoming, I felt quite at ease. They asked about my background and what I can do. We also talked about what consulting means to me, my career goals, and my thoughts on the company. I got to ask questions too. A few hours before the interview, I was contacted with detailed feedback. It's a pretty relaxed place, even the dress code is casual.

The process includes a CV and motivation screening, then two interviews. Feedback is given after each step. Both interviews are conversational with two TOPdesk employees and you. The second interview is more focused on the role's functions.
