They called me on the phone and invited me for an in-person interview at the local depot. It was a good experience with the branch manager. We talked about the business, they looked at my CV, and I got a quick tour of the warehouse.

Super chill interview, they're a really relaxed company so it makes things way easier and friendly. First, you apply online and then they email you to book a phone interview. The recruitment team is really good at staying in touch and making you feel welcome. The phone interview is the toughest part, I think. The recruiter was super nice, asked about me personally, my availability (they're great at working around your studies if you're a student and know it's your priority), my past job experiences, and a few questions about health and safety, what tool station is, if I work well in a team, and when I've delivered great customer service. This interview lasted about ten minutes. A few hours later, they told me they wanted to invite me to a second interview, which was a week later. This interview was on Google Meet because the store wasn't open yet. I met the regional manager and store manager, and they were so lovely. They gave me an overview of the job, discussed what they'd expect from me, and asked what I expect from them. My availability, the shift patterns, and what a normal shift is like were discussed. They asked if I was comfortable talking to ALL customers and how I'd handle difficult customers. They gave me lots of chances to ask questions. This interview was around 30 minutes. A few days after the interview, I was contacted (they let you know when to expect contact). Then you sign the contracts and all that typical stuff. Overall, it was my best job interview experience; they're really down-to-earth people.

So I went for the interview and they said I'd hear back within a week or so. I didn't hear anything, so I figured I didn't get the job. But then they emailed me, making it seem like they'd been trying to reach me, and asked me to reply with times they could call. I did that, and still haven't heard back.
