The interview process was great, with friendly people and a welcoming manager who is a good person. They offer good flexibility on shifts and good training. It's a happy place to work. You need to be a person who can take banter as well, as customers are just normal people who work in the trade.

Had a 20-minute phone interview where they asked about customer service stuff - like if I ever went the extra mile or dealt with a tough situation. After that, I had an in-person interview at the branch, and they asked pretty much the same questions.

Behavioral Technical

It was a nice place to work, with people who made it memorable. However, management could be condescending and didn't understand problems that came up. The company didn't seem to value or develop employees, focusing instead on goals that were hard to reach. The work and hours were also not great for the pay.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Were there any generic questions asked about customer service?
  • Did you have to take a mathematics test?
