I applied online and then took the initiative to email the recruiter with my resume and cover letter. She called me back the same day to set up my first interview. TOMS has its own timeline, which might be more laid back than you're used to. My next interview was two months later because my manager, who was supposed to interview me, was traveling most of that time. After my second and final interview, I got an offer within four days.

Behavioral Technical

I had about 4 behavioral interviews, which were pretty standard. The interview process itself was a bit chaotic because I was passed around on Skype. The people I spoke with were great, but the process didn't seem well-planned out. TOMS could have made a better first impression if the process had been better executed.

I had a quick pre-screen call, then I interviewed with the hiring manager. They asked me why I was interested in the position and what I could contribute. The projects are really well-defined, so I had a good idea of what the work would involve and how I could get it done.
