Third, I received an offer 48 hours later from the SM. ** If in CA the pay range they post in the job description is 100% false. Not cool!

I applied online and heard back from the Store Manager within 2 days. We scheduled my first interview for the next day. This place needs 3 interviews for managers. I met the Store Manager in person for what was a pretty standard interview, especially since I'd already worked for them for 3 years at another store. A few days later, I had a phone interview with the Assistant Store Manager, and then another phone interview with a different Store Manager in the sales region. Those were also pretty standard.
