I got a phone call for an interview for the assistant manager position and scheduled a time to talk. I went to the location, but the manager forgot about our scheduled interview. After 25 minutes, I called the store to check, and he said he'd be right there. We were supposed to meet in the busy mall food court. We ended up interviewing outside in the cold, and I was shaking. The manager wasn't dressed appropriately for the brand, looking like a casual dad or nerd. He never apologized for being late or for ghosting me after I didn't meet the job requirements. So unprofessional.

You'll interview with the store manager and then the district manager. It's not a tough process. The interview is in person with the store manager and then online with the district manager. It goes smoothly and can take up to an hour, depending on how well you fit the role.

It was a 3-interview process. The first two interviews were in-person with the store manager and then the district manager. The last interview was a phone call with the regional manager. I got the job offer the day after the final interview.
