So I interviewed for a sales job and it went pretty good. First I had a call with a recruiter, then I talked to the manager in a virtual interview. I was supposed to do a shadow day with a senior rep but they cancelled it the day before, saying they weren't gonna fill the position till later in the year. Then I never heard back, but then like 10 months later a new manager contacted me to see if I was still interested.

The interview process was bad. I interned for them, did a phone call, next day did a video call then went in person the following week for what they call a "follow day" this lasted 4 hours. they showed me around the entire office and I met about eight employees. I kind of thought I had in the bag and I asked good questions. five days later, they sent me a rejection letter. I was very confused because I interned with them and went in person and I don't live very close to the location so it was a big deal for me to go in person and buy a train ticket to the city so I asked why and they basically said the position was already filled before I even went in so there's no way I was even getting the job and they continue to interview me anyways and waste my time and waste their time and waste money so I don't recommend working there they don't care about their employees and they don't even pay you salary wise. Work somewhere else where there's at least a base salary.

We started with a phone call, then had a zoom meeting, and finally came to the office where you'd be working. After that, you shadowed the top producer to see what their day is like.
