It was a long interview process with several steps, including a shadow day. During the shadow day, you spend time with the team lead, going to their meetings and listening to them make cold calls in the morning.

The interview process involved an initial AI bot interview, which was then followed by an in-person interview. The in-person part felt more like a casual chat where I got to talk about my past experiences. Overall, I thought it was a really good process.

The interview process was bad. I interned for them, did a phone call, next day did a video call then went in person the following week for what they call a "follow day" this lasted 4 hours. they showed me around the entire office and I met about eight employees. I kind of thought I had in the bag and I asked good questions. five days later, they sent me a rejection letter. I was very confused because I interned with them and went in person and I don't live very close to the location so it was a big deal for me to go in person and buy a train ticket to the city so I asked why and they basically said the position was already filled before I even went in so there's no way I was even getting the job and they continue to interview me anyways and waste my time and waste their time and waste money so I don't recommend working there they don't care about their employees and they don't even pay you salary wise. Work somewhere else where there's at least a base salary.

There were 5 different stages of interviews. 2 phone calls that were 5-15 minutes long to basically get a basis. Then there was an hour long zoom call to go more in depth about the company and you. Finally there was an in-person follow day at the store for the final round. I spoke with different people for each round so it was nice to see different perspectives.
