I did some online questions and then a few recorded interview questions. It was a pretty straightforward and fast process. Just make sure you know what the job is about, because the description is super clear on what they're offering.

So for the Toll 2019 Graduate Program, the process started with an online screening test from SOVA, then a video interview, followed by an assessment centre, and finally a one-on-one interview. I only got up to the assessment centre though. The video interview was pretty chill and convenient, with behavioural questions all about Toll Group's values. Then at the assessment centre, we had an icebreaker, then a group presentation, and then an individual presentation for the stakeholders. The catch with the individual presentation was that we only had 15 minutes to prepare and they only showed the case study slides one by one for less than a minute, so you gotta be quick with your notes because they don't go back! Just a heads up, if you're aiming for consulting or IT, this grad program probably isn't for you. Toll really wants people who are set on the logistics industry and are ready for tough, hands-on, practical work. That's why they don't really focus on academic transcripts in the job description.

Behavioral Technical

It's a multi-round process where they check your interest in supply chain and if you're ready to learn from scratch. Usually, you'll first talk to the HR Business Partner, then meet with senior leaders from different business units. There might be a third and final round with a senior management person.
