Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Toll Group.
Customer Service Representative
The interview process was pretty smooth and good overall. I spoke with my Team Leader, who was really great and super helpful. Honestly, it was the best interview I've had so far.
- Can you describe your experience from your last job?
Customer Service Representative
The interview process feels very long and drawn out. They probe into many different areas, but it takes an extremely long time for them to decide. There are too many levels in the company, and it's clear that managers don't have the authority to make decisions.
- What are your 5-year career aspirations?
Customer Service Representative
It was a very easy review process. They offered a low salary and didn't seem to care much about who got the job. I bet the employee turnover is very high here. You should probably look elsewhere for better conditions and salary.
- How would you communicate with a customer?
