A friend referred me, so I sent in my resume. After CV screening, I had a coding challenge on Hackerrank that took 40 minutes. Then, I had an HR interview for about 20 minutes, followed by a live coding session for the user interview that lasted 1 hour and 30 minutes. Finally, I had a background check.

Applied at Tokopedia's career site, then went through screening, an online assessment on HackerRank, an HR interview, User I, and finally User II. I was told I'd get an email within a week after User II about whether I was accepted or rejected, but I never received anything even after a month. I followed up with HR twice but was ghosted, which was disappointing since it had been great up to that point.
