The hiring process was super fast, only taking 3 days from start to offer. It was just 2 main steps: an HR interview and then a user interview. Both interviews were about 30 minutes each and felt professional but still fun. They mostly focused on my past experience, my personality, and some case studies.

The HR was great, really helpful and clear throughout the hiring process. But then the user interview was a downer. Things got tough in the second interview when they started grilling me. I felt picked on with every question instead of focusing on my skills and what I could bring to the table. They even had this sarcastic laugh while I felt trapped. It was awful, and I just hoped I wouldn't end up working for them.
