Case Behavioral Technical

There was a product management case study that I had to submit before the actual interviews. The interviews themselves were split into a few rounds. First, I interviewed with some of my potential peers, and then I had a final interview with the head of product.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

The interview process involved an initial HR chat about my current experience and my interest in Tokopedia. Then, I had to create a test case. After that, I interviewed with the PM Lead, the Head of Product, and Engineering Leaders. I also spoke with the VP of Business Offering. Finally, we negotiated the offer, and then it was my first day.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

It's an HR Interview and then 3 users interviews if you passed the PRD Test. All user interviews ask different questions and they are nice. The drawback was the 3 user interviews took 3 weeks, could have been faster, maybe 2 users in one day before the final user. They asked about my previous project and study cases. They also gave feedback on my PRD and how to improve it, which is helpful for someone new to PM.
