The interview process had three stages: first, an HR call which seemed to be a background check. Then, a user interview to assess familiarity with public policy related to e-commerce in your jurisdiction. Finally, a head of division interview which was less clear but focused on team fit. It took a while to get an announcement, and I didn't hear back for 1.5 months after failing the last stage.

It was one of the best interview experiences I've had. I went through both an HR interview and a user interview. The process was quick; I applied on the Tokopedia careers website and received a call for the HR interview the very next day. The user interview took place four days after that.

I applied online and about a week later, I got an invitation for an online test that included a psikotest and a data visualisation test, which I had to complete within 2 days. The whole test took over an hour, with the psikotest having no time limit but the data visualisation section having a time limit of less than an hour for its 16 questions. I was offered a Sales & Operation Intern position, even though I applied for a different role. I was also invited for an interview, which I didn't have to pass the test to get. The interview was with HR online. Afterwards, she asked about my availability for a user interview the next day. I couldn't make it, so I suggested the day after, and she said she would check with the user. She also asked if I was available to join in 2 weeks, which I confirmed I was. However, I never heard back from her after that, despite sending a thank you email. The HR person was very friendly and cooperative, though.
