The whole process from start to finish took about a month, with 5 distinct phases from initial CV review to the final offer. The CV screening part lasted roughly two weeks. Following that, HR reaches out for an online test on Hackerrank, which covers statistics and SQL – make sure to brush up on BigQuery. If you do well on the online test, HR will contact you again for an HR interview. After clearing the HR interview, you'll be scheduled for user interviews. In this round, two interviewers will assess your background and technical capabilities. Once you've successfully passed all these previous stages, you'll move to the final offering stage. The timeline was: CV submission on a Friday, online test over the next two Fridays, HR interview on a Tuesday, user interviews on a Thursday, and the offering on the following Wednesday.
