The interview process was pretty easy. First, there was an initial phone screen, and then I had virtual interviews with three different people. After the last interview, I got an offer within a week.

Behavioral Presentation

It was super intense. I wish I'd spent as much time researching them as they did me. They asked for all sorts of info, even social media. They actually check references and dig for extra details to get a full picture. Since it's mostly remote, people work from home or can go to the main office. The interview itself is over lunch with someone from the 'cool kids circle.' If they like your vibe, you move on. The whole thing took about a month. Onboarding is easy, but security checks for different places take time.

Behavioral Technical

I applied to Toffler and heard back two months later, which felt a bit strange given they seem to hire for this role constantly. The first step was an HR phone screening, followed by an interview with a senior associate. The third interview got rescheduled, so it took almost 7 weeks from the first contact to the third interview. The interviews themselves were standard consulting and behavioral questions, but the interviewers seemed unfocused, checking their phones and losing their train of thought. I inquired about my status after getting other offers and was told they aren't hiring for another four months, which is ironic given their 'future-focused' branding. Despite the firm's focus, the hiring process felt very unprofessional and like a waste of my time.
