I submitted my application online and reached out to several people on LinkedIn. One person I connected with suggested I talk to a recruiter, who then scheduled an interview for me. The interview lasted about 40 minutes. We discussed my career change from the restaurant industry to sales, my suitability for the role, and my existing knowledge of the product. The recruiter briefly explained the product, its benefits, and the job responsibilities. They mentioned they would inform me if I advanced to the final stage. I received a rejection email eight hours later.

Presentation Behavioral Case

I made it to the third round and did a presentation. Then they said I had to wait for a link to go to the final round, which was a chat with a sales leader. They mentioned they were excited and really liked my presentation. The very next morning, I got an email saying an offer was already given to someone else, so they were ending my candidacy. They pretty much took my whole business analysis and gave it to another rep to use on their first day. I've never seen this before where everything is going great, and then they just pull the rug out from under you. I pay cash now every time I see a toast POS system in public. Cruel company

So first I had a recruiter phone screen where we talked about the role and my past experience. Then I had a hiring manager phone screen where I did a pitch, which I had to rework for the next interview. The final interview was in person with the hiring manager, recruiter, and someone currently in the role. I had to present the pitch again, but this time show that I could take feedback and rework it.
