Very Lengthy... 1. Phone Screening 2. Phone interview w/ hiring manager 3. Zoom interview w/ hiring manager - Give project analysis presentation over a business in the territory you're applying for 4. Zoom interview w/ VP - Redo presentation w/ feedback This company is definitely thorough. I felt like the feedback given to me wasnt very clear. I understand they want you to surprise them with the "grey area" left to you, but in my personal opinion it seemed in the last interview they were looking for specific answers.. if that is the case I feel as though the feedback on the 3rd interview (initial presentation) should be more precise. Overall I didn't walk away feeling angry at the company for the process, I just think maybe a little more guidance on what they're looking for would be nice. Was frustrating to make it to the very end and not get the offer, especially when what they were looking for I fully comprehended, but took a separate angle with the "free will" given to me.
- How would you transition from an account management role to a head hunting one?
Account Executive
It’s a long and exhausting process. I made it through three rounds. The first interview is a standard interview with the recruiter just to verify your interest in the position and provide some details on the role. Second interview was with the territory manager. This is a behavioral interview and they ask you about how you handled certain situations in your previous roles. For the third interview they ask you to work on a Go To Market strategy for the first 90 days, a restaurant analysis and a pitch. It is really strange to me how they ask you to put all this work without giving you the position. I have worked for a couple 500 fortune companies and haven’t had a recruiting process as demanding as this one. Both the recruiter and the hiring manager were very pleasant to talk to and were very professional.

The recruiter contacted me via LinkedIn and was super responsive, helping me get ready for the interviews. We had two main rounds: one with the manager and another with the sales director. The manager's interview involved a brief roleplay and was pretty relaxed since he was nice and made me feel comfortable. However, the sales director's interview was way more intense, and the director seemed really cold. I didn't get the job, and the recruiter let me know the feedback.
- Can you discuss your experience with the Sandler selling method and how you've applied it?
- Describe instances where you've been coached.
