First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at TNT Express.
Account Manager
We had a screening via skype interview first, then a sales manager interview that lasted about 1 1/2 hours. After that, there was a call to do some personality and math tests before the final job offer.
- How did you handle a tough business situation?
Account Manager
The interview process was straightforward. Since I was joining the sales team, they focused on sales-related questions. They asked me to sell a product and inquired about the responsibilities and what to avoid as a salesperson.
- How would you approach selling a TNT product, like air freight, from your area of expertise?
- What strategies would you use to persuade a client to purchase your product?
- How would you ensure a client's long-term commitment to our company?
Account Manager
Got an email invite to interview. The interview itself was with three senior TNT employees and was fairly relaxed. General interview questions and an opportunity to explain a bit about self. Good to know about the industry and such as well as what the role entails.
- Why TNT?
